Super Blue® Anti-Tracking System
Marking problems cause decreases in productivity and increased paper waste and spoilage. The Super Blue Anti-Tracking System solves marking problems from chain delivery guide wheels on sheet-fed presses.
The Super Blue system includes a cast aluminum cylinder with a frictionless surface covered by a loose fitting ink and water repellent net. The combination of the net and frictionless cylinder surface eliminates marking problems. As the gripper bar removes the sheet from the cylinder, the ink and water repellent properties of the net release and deliver a markless sheet.
